How Dear Teacher Came to Be

At a time in Danielle's life when she was questioning whether or not education was the correct field in which for her to continue her career, she was presented with an interesting question.  Her supervisor approached her after school one day with, "Would you like a student teacher next year?" Without hesitating (because that's how she makes many of her decisions), Danielle enthusiastically agreed.  Come September, she received a lengthy, excited email from Kylie - introducing herself as the student teacher.   From their first meeting that summer, they creatively clicked and were looking forward to working together for the school year.  From day one, Kylie brought an energy to the classroom that rejuvenated Danielle and together they  conquered that school year.  About halfway through the year, Kylie's supervisor suggested to the duo that they do something with the symbiosis and vitality that they shared.

With that, the seed for "Dear Teacher" was planted.
